About Our Founder...
The late Evangelist Steve Hill was a remarkable figure in the world of evangelism, profoundly used by God to bring countless individuals to Jesus through both powerful evangelistic services and personal one-on-one conversations. His deep understanding of ministry, honed over more than 30 years, is now available to you through this online school.
Steve Hill is perhaps best remembered for his pivotal role in the Brownsville Revival. On Father's Day 1995, he was invited to preach at Brownsville Assembly of God before a planned missionary trip. Delivering a sermon titled "Remembering the Wonders of the Lord," Steve's call for those desperate for a touch from God transformed what was expected to be a routine service. The usual Father's Day gathering erupted into an extraordinary move of God, with hundreds crying out and experiencing His powerful presence.
This moment sparked The Brownsville Revival, drawing millions to the nightly meetings to witness the profound manifestations of God's power. Over five years, more than 4.5 million people came through the doors of Brownsville Assembly of God, with hundreds of thousands accepting Christ as their Savior. Steve Hill's legacy continues to inspire and equip others to share the message of Jesus with conviction and compassion.
